Treatment Fees​
We believe patients deserve to know the cost of treatment before they pick up the phone. Our fees are listed below and reflect a physician-led model of integrated medical and psychiatric care. To learn more about our approach, please see How We’re Different.
Ketamine infusions conducted by Dr. Dull are $800 per treatment.
A typical initial course consists of six treatments administered over approximately two to three weeks, for a total cost of $4,800.
Subsequent maintenance treatments, when clinically appropriate, may be offered at a reduced rate.
Infusions are typically administered over 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the dose, tolerability, clinical response, and individualized treatment plan. The fee includes the ketamine medication, continuous medical monitoring, and any additional medications administered during the session when clinically indicated, including medication for nausea, anxiety, or elevated blood pressure.
The psychiatric evaluation is scheduled and billed separately. The evaluation fee depends on whether the patient is referred by an outside treating provider specifically for ketamine treatment or is beginning comprehensive psychiatric care at Zionsville Psychiatric Medicine.
IV Ketamine
Intranasal Ketamine
Spravato or compounded intranasal ketamine treatment is $350 per session during the initial phase of treatment.
Intranasal treatment is provided in a private treatment room with medical monitoring throughout the session. Dr. Dull remains on site and checks in personally during treatment, with medical-assistant support throughout.
Spravato medication may be covered separately through insurance. When Spravato is not covered, compounded intranasal ketamine may be considered when clinically appropriate.
