HOW TO GET STARTED

Step One
Step Two
Step Three
Treatment
Once the plan is established, we schedule your first treatment session. When appropriate, we may obtain baseline medical information such as laboratory studies or an EKG.
Initial evaluations are typically available within a short timeframe, and treatment often begins within one to two weeks of evaluation — sooner when clinically indicated.
Planning
If treatment is indicated, we develop a plan together. This includes selecting the route of administration (nasal spray or IV), outlining an initial treatment schedule, and reviewing what treatment sessions will be like.
We also determine practical details, including dosing, session duration, treatment frequency, and whether supportive medications are appropriate.
For patients working with an outside clinician, we coordinate to ensure treatment is integrated with ongoing care. For those establishing care here, ketamine treatment is provided as part of ongoing psychiatric care within our practice.
Evaluation
Patients begin treatment with us either in conjunction with their existing provider or by establishing new patient care with us. In both cases, the first step is a combined medical and psychiatric evaluation at our office. During this visit, we review your history, current symptoms, prior treatments, and goals. This allows us to determine whether ketamine is an appropriate part of your care.

Treatment Fees
IV ketamine infusions led directly by Dr. Dull are $800 per treatment. A typical initial course consists of six treatments over approximately two to three weeks. Most infusions are administered over approximately 60 minutes.
IV Ketamine
Each infusion is conducted in a private treatment room. Dr. Dull is personally present throughout the infusion and directly monitors the patient’s medical and psychiatric response.
The fee includes the ketamine medication, medical monitoring, and any additional medications administered during the session when clinically indicated, including medication for nausea, anxiety, or elevated blood pressure.
The psychiatric evaluation is scheduled and billed separately.
Intranasal Ketamine
Spravato or compounded intranasal ketamine treatment is $350 per session during the initial phase of treatment.
Intranasal treatment is provided in a private treatment room with medical monitoring throughout the session. Dr. Dull remains on site and checks in personally during treatment, with medical-assistant support throughout.
Spravato medication may be covered separately through insurance. When Spravato is not covered, compounded intranasal ketamine may be considered when clinically appropriate.
